Column Protectors & Guards | Square Modular Protector
An evolution in the design of column protection has created this universal protector. Thanks to a modular designed, the components can be configured to protect a multitude of different shapes and sizes.
Column protectors are designed to withstand impact from forklift trucks and other materials handling equipment which has the potential to damage major structural components. This column protector has been tested against a 2.7 ton forklift impact travelling at 6km/h, when fitted to a 200UC_59 (8") column.
Providing an even spread of force, means energy is dissipated through the modules, even at temperatures of -40 degrees centigrade.
Protecting from 500mm above ground to 1000mm means this column protector is more than adequate for most applications. Installation is very simple which also makes it cheaper than its alternatives. Should any module of the column protector become damaged, a simple replacement put the column back under protection.
