Warehouse Safety | Rack End Protection Barrier RHS

The square rack end traffic barrier with two rails has proved popular with many installations taking place at the initial rack installation stage, however they are often over looked and are subsequently ordered as a retro fit product to help improve warehouse safety.

The safety barrier is as simple but very strong design, manufactured from 4mm thick, 100mm x 100mm section, to a height of 600mm.  The barriers are formed by two uprights and two cross rails which are all welded for high strength.  The base plates are 200mm x 200m complete with holes for installation.

The height of these barriers is a specific design feature to ensure leverage is minimised if a fork lift truck or other materials handling vehicle connects with the safety barrier.

These rack end safety barriers are available in any colour, shown here in a vivid orange, it is recommended that they are painted in a bright colour to help prevent impact which is the best prevention to damage.
