Warehouse Safety | Universal Rack Protection Guard (High tensile steel 5mm)

Rack column protection units should be a significant consideration for the protection of racking uprights which are susceptible to damage.  They should be seen as a beneficial addition even where sacrificial leg sections are utilised on uprights.  The rack protection is recommended to prevent damage because it helps improve warehouse safety. (use on frames upto 100 mm wide!)

There are standard rack  protectors available, but the notched design is specifically to allow use where rack base plates differ in design from standard configurations.

They are manufactured from 5mm thick high tensile steel to protect to a height of 400mm.  Positioned 40mm in front of the racking upright, the notched column protector takes the majority of impacting force, protecting the upright from damage and any potential collapse situations or redundant locations.

There are a number of column protector designs available to ensure the customer is not restricted in their pursuit to improve warehouse safety.
